ABOUT THE STAFF
In coaching dozens of clinics and camps all over the United States, Rich has helped produce some of our nations top high school, collegiate, and open javelin throwers of past and present. By being both a coach and a competitor, Rich has a distinct understanding of what it takes to be on top of the javelin field and provides knowledge and skills that he himself uses to excel.

Kris is a 4x NCAA Division III All-American. He holds the current Division III record and is a NCAA Division III champion. Kris graduated from Fitchberg State College and was a 2x NSCA Scholar-Athlete. His PR is 243’ and you can find Kris today teaching Science at Chicopee High School in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Former was high jumper for University of Maine (7'1") . He competed in the decathlon at 1984 Olympic Trials. Eric has over 25 years coaching experience including U of Colorado, U Maine, and Hopkinton HS, MA. During his coaching career at HHS he was responsible for 5 state titles and 8 All-Americans. He coached NCAA Division III record holder Kris Theriault(242'2").
Chris is a 2x NCAA Div I All-American
and 2x NCAA Div II All-American. He currently holds school records at both Rutgers University and Southern Connecticut State University. He finished 7th at the ‘96 Olympic Trials and has a lifetime PR of 74.40M. He led Hyde Leadership High School to consecutive state championships and captured the title twice. Kateema is a 2x Div II NCAA Champion ('01 & '02)
and was the 2003 Div II NCAA runner up. She finished her collegiate career as a 3x All- New England Collegiate MVP-'02 & '03. She has three
Jamaican National Championship titles and was the
2003 Runner up at the Central America and Caribbean Championships. She compete in both the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Trials and holds two silver medals. Her Personal Record is 55M and she currently is a personal trainer in Fairfield County.
Eric is an All-New England thrower and graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a PR of 191’. A true student of the event, Eric has successfully added 20’ to his PR in just two years and has developed into one of the East coast’s finest clinicians.

Established author and speaker on training, speed improvement and plyometrics. Eric holds a Masters Degree in exercise science from the University of Colarado and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
